Rare Book News reports that the world’s biggest Batman sale is to take place. It contains the lifetime collection of Ian Mansfield Rothkerch, writer and fan, who sadly passed away at the far-too-young age of 27. He stipulated that this immense and varied collection was only to be sold intact, not broken up into individual lots; it encompasses everything from the first comic with the Joker on the cover to a signed Litho by Bob Kane.
