There’s an interesting article on the always-excellent Alien Online about one of my favourite indie comics creators, Sandra and John, who are the force behind the wonderful Metaphrog in Glasgow, home to the utterly gorgeous Louis books (I adore the Louis books, they’re beautiful, imaginative and delightful). They are involved in ROAR, which is an exhibition of underground and adult comic content along with a gallery of original comic work by artists based in Scotland, including some early Frank Quitely material.

ROAR is at DGP Studio and Space, 32 Saint Andrew’s Street in the Saltmarket area of Glasgow, running from May 6th to June 2nd (I must get myself through!), 9 to 5 during the week and 12 to 6 on Saturdays. Celtic comics guru Grant Morrison was in attendance for the opening ceremony.
