General

Yes, it’s finally here! The brand-new FPI magazine is coming into our stores this very day, oozing with style and sex appeal (which may have something to do with Battlestar Galactica’s Tricia Helfer on the cover of course – she’s interviewed inside). Yes, our popular colour catalogue is still in there, choc-a-block with all sorts of goodies, from mugs to statues to replica props and not forgetting our graphic novels and our SF Book Picks (oh there are some corkers in there this quarter!).

But for the first time we are now offering nearly three dozen pages of magazine content, covering as wide a spectrum as our catalogue: we’ve got articles on comics by acclaimed author James Lovegrove (himself one of our featured Book Picks writers), interviews with stars of Battlestar Galactica and Star Wars, cult TV features, Marvel artist Scott Lee speaking exclusively to us, Cheryl Morgan of Emerald City tells us about the Worldcon, Gary Spencer Millidge (creator/publisher of the excellent Strangehaven) gives us his insights into graphic novels, book articles (yes, that would be me!) there’s more on video games, tech, competitions…

…Oh, you’ll just have to read it yourself! Safe to say we’re pretty excited with it and hope very much you’re all going to enjoy it.
