Our chums at the excellent indie press that is Slave Labor Graphics tell us that they are publishing the first of their tie-ins with the Mouse Kingdom this autumn. The first Disney title will be The Haunted Mansion, inspired by the famous ride rather than the Eddie Murphy movie (I can hear sighs of relief from here).
And before you think this is perhaps just kid’s stuff (and what’s wrong with that anyway?!?) you may want to know that some very cool writers and artists are involved in the first issue, including Roman Dirge of Lenore fame and Serena Valentino from Gloom Cookie (both faves of mine). The first issue is due in October and my colleagues in our comic site are ready to take your order.
