Hard to believe, but Interzone, one of the pillars of the SF community, has reached the magic 200th issue. Andy Cox, who took over from Dave Pringle and has been revamping the journal and updating has been steering Interzone and also the excellent The Third Alternative with great success.
Slicker and neater looking than before I’m glad to say Interzone hasn’t changed in the important respects that fans rely on it for – it still has reviews, fiction from established and new writers and contributions from the likes of Dave Langford and John Clute. And as Cheryl at Emerald City pointed out, this milestone has been mentioned even in the broadsheet pages of the Guardian newspaper. Congrats to Andy and his team on this landmark issue.
