One of the excellent new authors to appear on the UK scene recently is Steph Swainston, who garnered rave reviews and an award for her vibrant and unusual fantasy debut last year, The Year of Our War. Steph is also one of the hot SF picks for our new catalogue this month for both the paperback of Year of Our War and the sequel which has just hit the stores, No Present Like Time. If you haven’t picked up these books yet and are wondering what a lot of online reviewers are making such a fuss about then you may want to have a read at an excellent interview with Steph herself conducted by our chums over at the Alien Online.
