General

One of our favourite authors, Hugo-nominated Charlie Stross, has been ruminating on why there has been such a surge of top-grade SF and Fantasy in the UK, while another Hugo-nominee, Cheryl Morgan, one of the movers and shakers (the shakes can be controlled by drugs apparently) behind Worldcon, posits her own reflections on the excellent Emerald City. I suspect this is a general spark to some online debate in the SF community!
