News from the BBC confirming that the excellent new Doctor Who series has been granted a third season even before shooting begins on the second. This Saturday’s episode is the final one of this first season and sees a fanboy’s dream come true with masses of Daleks on the loose. Actor David Tennant who takes over from Chris Eccleston is preparing to begin shooting season two in a few weeks with BBC Wales, while Billie Piper is returning for the second season.
