Top Cow’s Witchblade comic is set to make the leap to the big screen with not one but two films next year, being shot back to back in China. Top Cow Productions will be producing the films in association with IDG Films, Platinum Studios and Arclight Films, with financing now in place for both movies. There hasn’t been much in the way of details pertaining to the cast or plot yet but the films will apparently not have anything to do with the Witchblade TV series which ran for two seasons with Yancy Butler (which I must admit I enjoyed).
