Dirk over on TCJ’s blog Journalista posted an interesting piece pondering self-censorship by the major comics publishers, relating it to a readership which tends mostly to be adult now but with publishers still dealing with their comics as if kids are reading them but still wanting to include more edgy material. It is adult reading for mature comics fans, so if you prefer all things comics to be child-safe then it isn’t for you, but I thought he made some good points.
