Farrah Mendlesohn, a well-known and well-respected writer and critic in the SF community, is feeling so aggrieved by the new anti-terror legislation being pushed through Parliament and the way it could impinge on freedom of speech that she is putting her own time and money into a new anthology of SF short stories which would contravene this law by their nature.
