Most news organisations have been following the storm created by the Danish and other cartoons which so upset the Islamic World and the response by Iranian newspapers that are running a competition for a Holocaust cartoon. Step up the Israeli comics collective Dimona who are launching their own Jewish anti-Semitic cartoon contest! Nice to see folks using humour and creativity to combat hatred instead of simply returning that hatred. Comics and cartoons – one of our most versatile mediums on our little planet.
