Sony Pictures has announced that Theresa Russell is the latest actor to join the cast of Spider-Man 3. She will play Mrs Marko, spouse of the main villain, Flint Marko aka The Sandman, played by Thomas Haden Church. In an article in the Hollywood Reporter it is claimed that the Markos will have a daughter in the movie. Russell has been in a wide variety of movie over the last couple of decades, from Black Widow and Kafka to Empire Falls.
Meanwhile, other sources say that Sony will announce the proper title for Spidey 3 shortly, while some sites are reporting that the third X-Men movie will officially be christened The Last Stand.
