Ahead of the movie adaptation of Steve Niles and Ben Templesmith’s excellent horror 30 Days of Night FearNet has announced they will being showing a mini-series called 30 Days of Night: Blood Trails on September 13th; the mini-series will cover events leading up to those seen in the upcoming feature film (link via Broadcast Newsroom). In related news IDW has announced some tie-ins for this autumn, with a 30 Days of Night Scriptbook coming up and a very cool hardback volume collecting the original trilogy (30 Days, Dark Days and Return to Barrow) due in October. I am so looking forward to this film.
