The BBC site has a pictorial stroll down memory lane, taking in some of the companions who have travelled through time and space with the Doctor. I still have a soft spot for Liz Sladen’s character Sarah Jane Smith, who travelled with both Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker’s incarnations of the Time Lord and who will be starring in her own spin-off series soon for a younger audience. Mind you, I still have a liking for Katy Manning too, although obviously that has nothing to do with those photographs she posed naked for with a Dalek after leaving the show. Anyone else have a particular favourite? And was anyone else traumatised by the crazy decision to put Bonny Langford on the show?
