From Salerno’s Cartoons on the Bay festival comes new of the Pulcinella Awards for animation – in Italian on the official site, but handily the Animation World Network has reposted them in English, with the UK’s Charlie and Lola doing very well and Cartoon Film of Germany and Italy’s Maga Animation Studio sharing Studio of the Year Awards.

The AWN also carries news of this year’s SIGGRAPH Computer Animation Festival Awards, with the Best of Show award going to Ark from Poland, Jury Honours to Dreammaker from the Institute of Animation, Visual Effects and Digital Post Production Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg and the Award of Excellence went to En Tus Brazos by Supinfocom Valenciennes.
