The Scottish Style Awards are coming up in Glasgow on October 26th and among the nominees for most stylish female is Katie Leung, who became the envy of female (and possibly some male) Harry Potter fans the world over when she kissed the boy wizard on the big screen. The most stylish men category boasts none other than comics scribe Grant Morrison on the shortlist, rubbing shoulders with the likes of actor James McAvoy and Kevin McKidd. The judging panel, which includes Elle ‘the body’ McPherson declared that they were looking for people “whose truly inspirational personal style is an important factor in their celebrity.” Wow, we all knew Grant’s writing had style and class but will we now be seeing him on the cover of Vogue? Will we see a sequel to the Devil Wears Prada called the Devil Writes Comics? Sadly I didn’t make the list myself, probably because my style is far too individual for the judges to understand (ahem…) – I mean, what’s wrong with a Brian Bolland Judge Dredd T-shirt, eh?
