Film, TV and radio

The BBC has scored a ratings success with the terrestrial UK debut of Heroes, which pulled in an audience of over 4 million for the opening double bill on Wednesday evening. The Beeb, no stranger to the popularity of cult SF TV, is also producing Heroes: the Official Radio Show on digital channel BBC7; each week throughout the entire run of the first season on BBC2 the radio show will analyse the episodes and provide a platform for viewer comments. The first show goes out on BBC7 this Saturday at 6.30pm and will be continue for the length of the first season; details can be found on the station’s Seventh Dimension SF slot page.
