Comics and cartoons

Marko at Neorama has a PDF up of the new edition of Inkspot, the “Official Arthroscope of the Australian Cartoonist’s Association”, which has a number of very interesting articles in it, including one by Rolf Heiman who writes on the use of cartoons to build cultural bridges over the often troubled political relationship Australia has with neighbouring Inonesia, as well as news and updates on recent awards.
