Boing Boing reports that Jim Woodring will be touring Australia in May and June this summer; as well as art exhibits and talks there will be a musical section of live and improvised scores to comics strips and Jim’s paintings, a visual projection to accompany a reading and a collection of animations entitled Visions of Frank among other delights. Given how incredibly inventive Jim is as an artist I imagine the addition of multi-media to his appearances will be quite amazing; full itinerary is available on Jim’s site.
