KomMissia 2007, the major Russian festival taking in cartoons, comics, manga, BD and other works will open in Moscow on April 27th and run through to May 13th; I’m afraid I can’t glean much in the way of details from the official site as my Russian is pretty much limited to saying “nuclear wessels” in a Chekov voice.
