Comics and cartoons

You know, we’d thought someone would send in emails telling us how offended they were by the sex, the politics, the wanton behaviour, but it’s 22 weeks since we started and there’s been no one complaint. No a peep. None. I may have to work harder…” Adi Tantimedh commenting on the fact he and Hugo Petrus have been happily corrupting impressionable webcomics reader with a diet of superheroines and super-shagging and guess what? The world hasn’t ended and no outraged moral guardians have written to them (on the other hand, people like me did write to them saying “great – more please” Take that, moral guardians!). On which note the latest pages from their La Muse are now up if , like me, you enjoy being morally corrupted and if you’re just coming late to the party, you can start from the beginning here on the Big Head Press site. Good characters, good line in humour, intersting spin on the superhero tale and lampooning of celebrity culture along the way; this has easily become one of my favourite ongoing comics reads of the last few months, online or print.
