The Matrix and V For Vendetta movie creators Andy and Larry Wachowski are working on a live action film adaptation of the 60s anime series Speed Racer, created by Tatsuo Yoshida. Christina Ricci is the latest addition to the cast, which already boasts John Goodman and Susan Sarandon; the film should be due for a summer 2008 release.
