Director Sylvian White talks briefly on IGN about how he has wanted to adapt Frank Miller’s Ronin for the big screen since he first read the graphic novel years ago. White is working on prepping the story at the moment and has already indicated it will look different from recent Miller movie adaptations: “(Ronin’s) Frank Miller’s first completed graphic novel on his own. It’s very different style-wise and it’s also very different story-wise. It’s not as structured as 300. The adaptation process is a very different one, and the look is going to be completely different from 300
