On this evening’s edition of Strip! on Resonance FM (5 to 6pm, or check Alex’s blog afterwards for the podcasts) Alex Fitch will be chatting to Neil Gaiman about the movie adaptation of Stardust (which I thought was wonderful) and also to Zan Christensen about his homoerotic vigilante comics ‘The Mark of Aeacus’ (a legendary figure from Classical myth, a son of Zeus, king of Aegina and after his death a judge in Hades). Later in the show there’s another chance to hear novelist, comics scribe and Doctor Who writer Paul Cornell talking to the great Peter David about his long and illustrious career.

(cover to the Mark of Aeacus by Charles Zan Christensen and Mark Brill, because we’ve had plenty of superheroine images on here and it is only fair to be balanced by showing some male skin too)
And on the subject of Paul Cornell, one of his creations, Professor Bernice Summerfield, is marking her fifteenth anniversary; on Clear Spot from 8 to 9pm on Tuesday 23rd Alex will be talking to writer Simon Guerrier about Bernice’s continuing popularity, while Simon chats to some of the cast and writers of the popular audio adventures and Graham Sleight talks to Paul Cornell.
