Marko at Neorama has details (in two languages) of the upcoming World Congress on Communications and Arts and a call for papers to be submitted. The Congress will be held from 18th to the 21st of November in São Paulo, Brazil, and the topics for discussion include a wide range of the arts, from media and culture, theatre, art history and our own beloved comics medium. How gratifying to see comics being included for discussion in this sort of undertaking.
