Our Belfast colleagues had a great turnout yesterday evening for the appearance of Coheed & Cambria frontman Claudio Sanchez, in town to perform that night with the band as part of their UK tour (see their site for full details of all gigs) and kindly taking time before the show to talk to fans and sign copies of the latest issue of Armory Wars which as just come out from Evil Ink. From the smiles it looks like Claudio was having as good a time as his fans.
We’d like to thank Claudio and also all the fans who braved the winter weather to come out and make the event such a success. Claudio (and the band) will be making some more appearances in a number of FPI stores around the British Isles over the next few weeks, so check here for their itinerary (and please check with the branch to get a ticket first – the event is free but as the band have a gig to play afterwards time is limited and this makes things a bit quicker and easier).
(the chap in this picture looks somewhat familiar…)
(some of the FPI Belfast crew pose with Claudio – I’m not sure that’s how you give a Vulcan salute though… Check our Flickr stream for more pictorial goodness and thanks to the Belfast crew for the pics)

CLAUDIO!! :) Living legend!!!
I’m sculpting a 12 inch Claudio statue, and bust. Hopefully I’ll be able to cast them and sell them on ebay. And of course give one to Claudio at a signing.
Thanks for posting FP
