Tonight is the annual Children in Need charity marathon on the BBC, where members of the public and celebrities raise money for good causes. Among the various acts and clips tonight will be a special preview of this year’s Doctor Who Christmas special and the Ashes to Ashes team have recorded a special Pudsey-themed short clip. Nice to see some more contributions from the telefantasy community (Who in particular seems to have an affinity with Children in Need). Let’s hope the credit crunch and meltdown of the capitalist system doesn’t hurt the charitable giving too much.
