Douglas Rushkoff, author of many books on media and culture as well as the interesting Testament series from DC, can be seen on Blip TV talking at the recent Personal Democracy Forum where he argues that democracy has to be participative and looks at how the power to write and publish which new technology gives to many for the first time may affect democratic discourse.
