Frédéric Boilet in Vogue Hommes

Comics and cartoons

Fanfare’s Stephen Robson tells me that Frédéric Boilet has a whole six-page spread in Vogue Hommes International Special – Erotic, focusing on their first ever publication Yukiko’s Spinach, which as he notes has gone on to be translated into no less than nine different languages, which is damned impressive. “Faut le faire!” as Stephen says. Great to see quality Indy press authors doing well, especially when that press is going out of its way to find and translate interesting work we might otherwise not get to see.

His work is impressive. You never know where is the picture and where is the drawing. He’s done a lot of things for comics between Japan & France. He is also the official translator of Jiro Taniguchi in french. :)
