Comics and cartoons

Among the short tales collected in the new Best of Tharg’s Future Shocks from Rebellion, along with early works by Grant Morrison, Peter Milligan, Steve Dillon, John Hinckleton and others I notice several strips included from an aspiring young writer, one Neil Gaiman. So many eager new writers got their break with these short stories with a twist (bit like Tales of the Unexpected, except actually usually quite good) in the Galaxy’s Greatest Comic. Whatever happened to him, I wonder…?

    Think he sells insurance or something now.

    If I recall correctly, he cuts hair. Or at least he talks about it a tremendous amount.
