One of our more challenging and interesting comics artists Malcy Duff will be out and about over the next couple of weeks, selling books and comics at the CCA book fair in Glasgow on Friday 14th November from 11am to 6pm, then on down to Leeds to the increasingly terrific-sounding Thought Bubble con on Saturday 15th – Thought Bubble is associated with Leeds International Film Festival, so it seems appropriate that there will be two screenings of Malcy’s Horses over the weekend. Elsewhere Malcy has contributed a strip to Tegne 2, a comics anthology put together by David Birchall and has been working with Tim Le Breuilly on a new ‘zine entitled Chester, which “features work by eight artists from Britain and France and will have a limited run.” Chester launches on November 21st. For more details check out Malcy’s Missing Twin website.
