SF Awards Watch notes the new Nebula Awards site, the annual awards given out by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, is now live. I also just realised I missed the Saturn Awards announcement (in my defence I was off on holiday enjoying the Film Festival), which honour fantastic genres in film and television, but SF Awards Watch has a link to that too; the big winners were Disney’s Enchanted which took three awards, including Best Picture (fantasy) and ABC’s Lost which won four, including Best Network Television Show. The movie adaptation of Frank Miller’s 300, Pixar’s Ratatouille and Tim Burton’s Sweeney Todd all picked up two awards each; full details over on the official site.
