The latest edition of the multi-lingual Yeni Akrep is now available to download as a free PDF. As usual the articles are in varying languages (not much English language this time round) but regardless of language there are good cartoons to look at and a plethora of links to worldwide cartoon sites and the details of a number of international cartoon art competitions that can be entered, so for any artists out there it is well worth a look.
