The BBC has a video report on the world’s first Space Beer – in Japan beer has been brewed using barley grown on the International Space Station. Its part of a programme to see what crops and plants grow best in microgravity for possible future long-endurance manned space missions. Coming soon, research into zero gravity late night kebab shops… It’s one small sip for a beer, one giant bottle for beerkind…
