Letterer supreme Todd Klein tells me that due to overwhelming demand he has printed a second run of The Alphabets of Desire, the print which he hand-lettered from a short, original work by Alan Moore. The original run sold out within three days (and I’m pleased to say I managed to get my order in before they were gone and am quite delighted with it), so I wouldn’t be surprised to see this second printing selling out quickly too. Todd has differentiated them slightly from the first run, so those lucky folks who got one of those still have something unique.

The second run goes on sale from Thursday 6th March (1pm Eastern Standard Time, which would be early evening to those of us in the UK) and the cost again is an incredibly good twenty bucks, which if you are buying fro the UK with the current exchange rate makes it cheaper than some graphic novels and that gets you a terrific-looking print signed by both Todd and Alan, a real bargain. At the same time Todd will also be putting up for sale some hand-coloured Lettering Samplers – check his blog for full details; I’d advise trying to order as soon as they are available.
