Books, Film, TV and radio

In honour of his birthday BBC Radio 7 broadcast Terry Pratchett’s The Amazing Maurice and His Educated Rodents yesterday – through the magic of the online listen again feature for the next few days you can enjoy an hour and a half of entertaining mice and a talking moggy (with a cast which includes David Tennant), courtesy of the fertile imagination of Mister Pratchett. And its worthwhile having a browse through the rest of the BBC 7 site as the Amazing Maurice is just one of the Pratchett tales they will be airing this week as part of a celebration of the author’s birthday.
