Selina Locke tells us that Factor Fiction has a new hardback collection of the Girly Book coming out soon, with a launch planned at the upcoming Thought Bubble event in Leeds on the Saturday the 15th of November. The 280-page collection of tales with female protagonists includes “stories culled from the pages of The Girly Comic, featuring the talents of industry professionals such as John Stokes, Mike Collins, Simon Fraser, mpMann and Martin Millar, veteran indy creators such as Lee “Inner City Pagan” Kennedy, Terry “Sleaze Castle” Wiley and Jeremy Dennis, alongside exciting new talents from the British Small Press scene and beyond” and boasts an introduction by Mike Carey.
