Oli Smith’s recent short film Weekend Friends, based around events taking place in and around the very successful London Underground Comics stall, is going to get a screening at the Roxy Bar and Screen “complete with its dodgy sound and fuzzy picture, which is nice.” Oli should be introducing the film, accepting popcorn (sweet or salted, Oli?) and will be selling copies of his Weekend Friends comic prequels at the event, which takes place on Tuesday 11th November at 7.15pm in conjunction with Electric Sheep.
