It’s becoming a busy time for comic conventions and festivals right now. The 2D Festival in Northern Ireland is happening this weekend, LUC176 takes place on the 27th June and following just a month later in the Alternative Press Festival takes place in London.
The Alternative Press Festival kicks off on Wednesday 29th July and continues until Sunday 2nd August. Events planned include the APF anthology launch, a spoken word performance event, the interactive Collaborama event and ends with an Alternative Press Fair.
The whole event looks incredibly diverse and interesting, taking in all aspects of the zine scene including small press comics. One to add to the list of things to attend.
