Paul Cornell has posted a bit about his and Leonard Kirk’s Dark X-Men mini-series, including some cool character design sketches by Leonard, such as the fab Mystique one below: “It’s been a real blast getting the old Captain Britain and MI-13 band together (that is, me, Leonard and invaluable editor Nick Lowe) on this title. And it’s been a joy to see Leonard inking his own pencils, which sometimes now are just quick sketches, the hard lifting being done in the inks, because we’ve come to trust his work so much. I’ve just finished writing the five issue mini, and Leonard’s started drawing the last issue.” (via John Freeman’s Twitter):
