Barry at the Geek Syndicate tells us that DC’s Dan DiDio will be holding a portfolio session at the Bristol comics expo on Sunday 10th may at 3.30pm; the session will only be an hour so spaces have to be booked in advance (email comicexpo@fsmail.net with ‘portfolio session’ in the subject line to arrange that). Barry also tells me that they have heard that there will be an exclusive ashcan at the Vertigo panel for Mike Carey and Peter Gross’ upcoming (and eagerly anticipated) The Unwritten comic and that Panini will be hosting a pitching fest for stories to run in Marvel Heroes.
