Gerry Alanguilan looks at a seriously heavyweight collaboration between Harlan Ellison writing, Frank Miller drawing and Bill Sienkiewicz inking a Wolverine tale for the 1985 Marvel published Heroes For Hope, which was created to raise funds for famine relief in Africa (ah, those heady post Band-Aid and Live-Aid days and huge efforts by so many to make a difference; how awful to realise that year later in the 21st century that such efforts are still needed despite those many efforts).
