A reminder that this week we have internationally bestselling author Ian Rankin coming into our Edinburgh branch (40-41 South Bridge, just a moment’s walk from the historic Royal Mile). A lifelong comics fan, the creator of the incredibly successful Rebus novels will be here to sign copies of his comics debut Dark Entries, which sees Hellblazer’s John Constantine involved in a demonic reality show; Ian will be in the Edinburgh Forbidden Planet on Thursday December 10th from 5 to 7pm, so please do come along – a signed copy of Dark Entries would make a perfect Christmas pressie! The event is ticketed but free, ask at the branch for a ticket.
