The mighty Governator, Arnold Schwarzenegger, may feature in the new Terminator film, despite now being rather busy with his political career as governor of California. The Austrian Oak isn’t actually taking time off for any filming (why not? If George Galloway could take time of from the House of Commons for Celeb Big Brother, why not Arnie for Terminator?), but he may appear if they can pull of a technological piece of trickery: “They’re looking at the technology to see if it is possible to use my image without me actually doing the work.” Essentially from what various online sources are saying it would be a virtual cameo, using previous images of Arnie as the Terminator digitally reworked and remapped for a brief scene in the new film. He’s given his blessing for the idea, but it all now hinges on how believable the image turns out to be – if it works then it should hopefully make the cut. (via the BBC)

(Arnold was alarmed at the strength of the new formula facial astringent he was endorsing)
