Garen Ewing is rapidly approaching his 40th birthday, which falls this week on Thursday June 4th; no, he isn’t looking for your sympathy, but he is marking the occasion by having ‘June the 40th’ where he is asking readers if they would do a little word of mouth to promote the upcoming print version of The Rainbow Orchid Volume One, which is coming from Egmont this August, be it a mention on their blogs, Twitter or just telling friends about it. And as a thank you he’s offering two people a chance to win cover proofs of the book, signed by Garen and with added original character sketches. Frankly we don’t need much persuading to recommend the Rainbow Orchid to folks, its been a solid favourite with us for ages and we’re all delighted at the thought of a wider audience enjoying the delights of this lovely all-ages adventure.
