My Friend Cheryl Morgan, who many of you in the SF&F community will know well, tells me she is going to be live blogging from the Bristol Comics Expo over the weekend: “Coverage will include tweets from me, Paul Cornell, Tony Lee and possibly others. There won’t be anyone “in the studio” moderating comments, but I’m going to try to do so using the iPhone interface. As I won’t have the phone on all day, it may be a while before comments get moderated. I have set coverage to start from 10:00am UK time, which is when the doors open for the Expo, but you might only get “I’m on a train” tweets for a while then. 11:00am might be a better time to check in.” For those of us who can’t be there its a handy way to try and follow events, for those who are there, Cheryl is coming from a science fiction heavy background and bravely embracing more comics culture, so be nice to her and say hi!And the always dependably Geek Syndicate boys will be in town and they will be doing live audio blogs and mini podcasts from Bristol too (assuming all the tech works!).
