Celebrating the burgeoning small press and handmade scene, the London Zine Symposium takes place tomorrow; Sunday 3rd May at the Rag Factory, 16-18 Heneage Street, London, E1 5LJ (Google maps here).

Many familiar faces will be there, including; The Brighton Comics Table (Gavin Burrows (The Plot Thickens/ Rocket Science), Sean Duffield (Paper Tiger) and Dan Locke (Green), Appaling Nonsense/Banal Pig (Steve Tillotson & Gareth Brookes www.appallingnonsense.co.uk with their new “Manly boys annual’, Howard Hardiman (of the ever lovely Badger), Lizz Lunney, Philip Spence with his Ninja Bunny, We Are Words And Pictures and many, many more (full list of stalls here).

If you’re around the area on Sunday it’s likely to be a fun event. There’s so much invention and entertainment to be found in amongst the world of the handmade and small press that I can pretty much guarantee that there will be something you’ll be able to pick up that you’ll be amazed by.
