Jas Wilson’s Smuggling Vacation came out last year to much praise and some minor controversy, with various newspapers running all too predictable “ban this evil drug peddling filth” stories. Of course, if they’d actually have read the book they’d have found out it was no such thing and instead was just a bloody funny, well researched romp featuring a pair of totally inept accidental drug smugglers. I liked it, so I’m pleased to be able to report that Jas Wilson is hard at work on volume 2. Titled Day Of The Deal, the print version is out in October, but it’s serialised online right now, with Jas being up to page 5 at the time of writing.
Day Of The Deal takes place over 24 hours, with our hapless couple back home and rather busy with their new, self employed drug dealer status:
It looks like more of the same, which is a very good thing seeing how enjoyable the first book was. More in October when the book gets a print release.
