The second part of Adi Tantimedh’s chat with Alan Moore has been posted up on CBR, with the focus this time more on the characters, including using some which are still under copyright but which the authors (like Iain Sinclair and Michael Moorcock) generously allowed Alan and Kevin to use for Century, with Alan also noting (with appropriate satisfaction) that he and Kevin have heard from a number of LOEG readers over the years whose first encounter with some of these classic literary characters was via the LOEG comics and it inspired them to go out and find and read the books those characters were drawn from, which in my humble opinion is a Damned Good Thing. Go and read – and on the Moore front, stay tuned, because that man Pádraig Ó Méalóid will be returning here to the FP blog later this month with an Alan Moore piece large enough to choke a Chthulhu to death with.
